You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@the-mower.shop. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Email us at support@the-mower.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a shipping label where applicable.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For all other return reasons, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe using TLS encryption and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
Orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to import duties. THE-MOWER is not responsible for any fees that may apply in exceptional circumstances.
