You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@the-mower.shop. Once your order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been successfully placed.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes. All orders shipped within the United States qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch, for a total estimated delivery time of 3–6 business days.
Not at this time. We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
No. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use it to track your delivery status at usps.com.

If your order has not arrived after 7 business days, please contact us at support@the-mower.shop and we will investigate with USPS on your behalf.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories included.
Email us at support@the-mower.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and provide a shipping label where applicable.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For all other return reasons, including change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 7 days back to your original payment method.

No. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

No. We do not charge restocking fees.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. All payments are processed through Stripe using TLS encryption and PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
Orders shipped within the United States are generally not subject to import duties. THE-MOWER is not responsible for any fees that may apply in exceptional circumstances.

Yes. All products sold by THE-MOWER include a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Yes. All products sold on the-mower.shop are brand new and unused.
