Checkout Payment Options
All transactions are securely processed via Stripe in US Dollars (USD). We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay are subject to their own terms of service from their respective providers.
Payment Policy
Full payment must be made at checkout. Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed. If a transaction is declined or fails, the order will not proceed.
Pricing & Currency
All prices on THE-MOWER are displayed in USD. Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice. Applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees are calculated at checkout. If your bank account is held in a currency other than USD, your bank’s exchange rate will apply. THE-MOWER is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Secure Transactions
All payments are processed through Stripe using industry-standard TLS encryption, which ensures that your personal and payment information is securely transmitted between your browser and our servers. When you see a padlock icon in your browser during checkout, your connection is protected.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card or payment details. All payment information is encrypted and handled securely by Stripe. For security purposes, some orders may be subject to a brief verification process, and we may contact you by email or phone to confirm your order details.
Refunds & Chargebacks
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@the-mower.shop before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks will be investigated and may be disputed.
Fraud Protection
THE-MOWER reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity. For high-value orders, additional verification or proof of identity may be requested.
Completing Your Purchase at THE-MOWER
When you are ready to place your order, click the Checkout button and proceed to the cart page. We currently offer guest checkout — account registration is optional. The payment page will display the total charge for your purchase. You will then need to enter your billing address and payment method to complete your order. Charges will appear on your bank or card statement as “THE-MOWER” or the name of our payment processor.
