Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition — unopened, with all original packaging intact, including all tags and accessories.
Proof of Purchase
A valid order number linked to your email or phone number must be provided for all returns.
Return Shipping Costs
If your product is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For all other return reasons — including change of mind — you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How to Return an Item
Email us at support@the-mower.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label where applicable — print it and attach it to the box. Items should be carefully repacked in their original condition with all included components such as original packaging, inserts, manuals, and any other documentation or accessories that were included. Ship the return back using the instructions we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will examine it to confirm it meets our Return Policy guidelines. Accepted refunds will be issued within 7 days of receiving your returned merchandise in our warehouse and credited back to the original method of payment.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase for a refund and placing a new order.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be returned for a refund. Sale items and special offers are final and cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Deliveries to an Incorrect Address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is delivered to an incorrectly entered address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss. Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.
